What will I get?

For just £10 a month, with a line rental of £13.45, you will receive the fastest download speed your line can take and up to 1Mbps upload speed, allowing your business to work faster and smarter. M12 are partnering with TalkTalk Business to provide the service to IoD Members

What do you mean by “Business Grade Broadband”?

The Business Grade Broadband service has priority on the network over residential users and doesn't slow down at peak times when the internet is busy.

What can I add to this package?

You can also add: Peak and Off Peak Call Packages, Unlimited Call Packages, Enhanced Broadband Security, International Caller Packages and Mobile Broadband for just £6 per month each.

Will I receive a Router?

TalkTalk Business will provide you with a business-ready wireless router enabling you to access the internet from multiple PCs, laptops and mobile devices at any one time.

Will I get a static IP address?

Static IP addresses are available on request. These are perfect for businesses wanting to set up their own email server or website.

What support will I receive?

TalkTalk Business are dedicated to providing excellent ongoing support and your service is backed by their 600 UK based experts. You will also receive account management support from M12 Solutions to help you with other areas of telecoms you might need.

Terms & Conditions for the IoD Business Grade Broadband offer

You will be contracted with TalkTalk Business for this service. M12 Solutions will progress your order, quoting the expected speed availability, providing lines and calls options as appropriate and we will hand over your details to our TalkTalk Business representatives who will arrange payments and handle your installation processes and then bill you via direct debit through the life of the contract.

The £10 per month offer requires your line rental to be included which will be charged at £13.45 per month. There is no charge for porting this to TalkTalk Business. If you are in contract with BT for example for the line rental, or wish to stay with your current provider and still take the TTB Business Grade broadband service then the fee will be £15 per month. You can opt for the TTB Call Builder packages which will be outlined by M12's representative. You could opt to have unbundled calls on your line billed by M12 Solutions directly and charged at the pay as you use IoD negotiated rates.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.  This offer is for a limited period only and is subject to availability and change - the detailed terms are available on request or when you decide to proceed. If the contract is terminated within the minimum term, charges may apply as are stated in the standard terms and conditions. If you take any of the TalkTalk Call Builders, there are separate terms and conditions which apply which are also available on request and would be referred to on you choosing these services. A 24 month contract will apply. Unless otherwise stated there is a £30 one-off connection fee. Office Broadband PRO, Office Broadband, Office Complete and Office Caller packages must all be taken with line rental from TalkTalk Business for the length of the contract.

Broadband speed is subject to a line test and factors including, but not limited to, local availability and the copper cable distance from the exchange.
Usage is unlimited based on a fair usage policy currently 100GB per month. The data that is sent and received via your broadband connection is given priority over TTB standard broadband traffic at key points in the network. A static IP address available upon request. Free new line installation is only available to Office Broadband customers on the TTB network. (Most exchanges) In all other instances, a £99 charge for new lines will apply. One free line per customer/account address.

Purchasing the TalkTalk Business service via M12 Solutions in association with the IoD Specially Negotiated for you provides you with an exclusive £24 cash back which will be paid to you by M12 Solutions after 3 months of use. A cheque will be made payable to the householder or business name associated with the new service. After each subsequent year of continued service a cheque for continued loyalty / re-sign will arrive at that address for £12.

Please note, that no cash back will be provided for orders made directly with TalkTalk Business or other agents.
